Location The exclusive and light-filled apartment is located in a northwest-facing position on the top floor, the split-level floor of House 2. The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep – in just 200 meters, you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenhagen. The pier and the spa park are only a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and excursion destinations. Hiking and cycling trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular sea bridge festival, guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family. The amenities The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be placed in the living area for a fee and you can book a high chair on request. In the stylish bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a vanity with hairdryer, vanity mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a hallway with wardrobe. On the spacious roof terrace equipped with garden furniture and parasol, you can enjoy your vacation days to your mood. From here you have a unique view into the nearby coastal forest in a northeastern direction and the Tarnewitzer jungle landscape reserve in a southern direction. The roof terrace is accessible from the living area. Except for a threshold to the roof terrace, the apartment is designed to be accessible. The features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the holiday complex – in house 5 there is a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and relaxation room at your disposal. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the reception for a small rental fee. In the in-house cafe 'Up Wiek' is our guest reception with reception and lounge.
