Small apartment in Pispala

The small apartment is located at the highest point of the idyllic Pispalanharju. The property has its own entrance at the stone foot of a 110-year-old semi-detached house and is entirely at the guest's disposal. The owner lives on the other floors of the property. The guest has access to two rooms, a small toilet and bathroom, and a sauna for an additional fee. The other room has a 160 cm high-quality frame mattress and in addition there are two 80 cm mattresses on the floor. A mini fridge and kettle are included, as well as breakfast dishes (no kitchen). The space The rooms are centrally located in Pispala. Idyllic courtyard and neighborhood. Guest access Guests will have access to their own apartment. The lush yard is shared with the owner. Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but usually the temperature is comfortable because the rooms are located on the lowest floor (partly underground).
