This is a cute one bedroom apartment decorated with rough-cut wood. It's in a residential neighborhood close to downtown. Pets are welcome. It's near I-15, Highway 20 and the airport. Self checkin. Smart TV. This is a great stop on your way to Yellowstone Park or all the ski resorts. It can sleep four and has a Pack n Play for an infant. It is an old house near historic downtown. A couple lives upstairs with their dog and cat and grandchildren that visit. The space We're trying out new things with rustic wood as we remodel, and I think it is turning out to be beautiful. This apartment is a sweet place for two or a cozy place for six. Besides the deep chair and love seat, the living room has a futon couch that becomes a full bed with a twin bunk above. And there is a sleeping mat you can put on the floor for the sixth person. You'll have a full kitchen with coffee and all the pans and dishes you will need, so don't spend money on restaurants. It is a work of love, but also a work in progress. You'll see some unfinished things, like the temporary carpet until the new wood floor is put in. We are adding new touches all the time. Please DO NOT bring marijuana with you. Even if it is legal where you are from, it is NOT legal in Idaho. The next guests do not like the smell, even if you smoke it "outside"; the neighbors do not like it and will call the police. If there if evidence (including smell) of marijuana or any illegal drugs, I will charge you an extra $100 cleaning fee. I do not accept guests from the Idaho Falls area. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourselves. Other things to note In the basement you don't usually need an air conditioner, but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and other fans for you if you like them. This house has an interesting history. It was bought 100 years ago from a Sears & Roebuck catalogue. The pieces came on a train car that stopped one block away. As it was unloaded, the house was assembled. It was made to be constructed by just one man. This was not unusual then. The price then was probably about $900!
