Luxurious villa 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Gandia. The Villa is also perfect for a couple or for a meeting with friends. The pool and its various terraces are private and perfect for lounging all day. The view of the mountains? Breathtaking! It's important to note that this is a peaceful area. Guest access The swimming pool and terraces are private and not shared. We live in a loft in an independent annex to the property. We will never go to the pool or terraces during your stay. The use of the villa is entirely yours. IMPORTANT: No pets allowed. Other things to note A solar panel system powers the villa during the day. We have a water filtration system for the entire villa as well as additional filtration for cold water in the kitchen.
