Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, dining area for up to 8 and cozy reading nooks. Enjoy gorgeous lake views through the wall of windows! The kitchen is well-stocked with any tool you may need, including spices and oil. There is a propane gas grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. Melamine dishes are provided for outdoor dining. All the bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, dressers, closets and luggage racks. All bedding and towels are 100% cotton, with plenty of pillows, blankets and beach towels provided. Finally, relax in the evenings around the garden area fire pit with cocktails, s'mores and conversation. The property is close to everything but feels very secluded. Need activities? The house is a short 8 minute drive to downtown, CMAC and shopping area with Wegmans, Walmart and Lakeshore wines. Not far away are tasting rooms, Other Half Brewing (recommended!), Bristol Mountain, the City of Rochester and nearby lakes (Seneca, Keuka and Honeoye) Two boat launches are 5 minutes away, as well as Onanda Park and Butler Beach for swimming and sunbathing.
