The space Discover our charming Landes building dating from the 1850s, renovated and divided into 2 apartments. Enjoy a large private terrace under a pergola with a barbecue to savor the beautiful summer days and evenings. In addition, a common courtyard with a swing and slide is accessible to all tenants. In order to preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood, we would like to inform you that parties and noisy evenings are not allowed, especially between 9pm and 10am. We appreciate your kind understanding and respect for this instruction to ensure a peaceful stay for all. Guest access To access our accommodation, you will take a charming path (30 meters), which connects the street to our property. You can park with peace of mind on the adjacent street, which is both quiet and well-lit. We've made sure to provide you with convenient and secure access to our home, while preserving the quiet and serene atmosphere that characterizes our neighborhood. Other things to note In order to ensure the tranquility of the premises, we ask you to note that parties are not allowed. We also ask that you be considerate of others and keep quiet after 9pm. Regarding linens, you don't need to bring anything. Beds will be prepared upon arrival and towels will be available to you. All you have to do is put your bags down and relax as soon as you arrive!
