Welcome! Our home is family and dog-friendly with fantastic views of Lookout Mountain! This is our personal home which we live in during the winter and offer as an Airbnb throughout the rest of the year! Because of this, the house is fully stocked, decorated with love and ready to go for your stay! Location - Chattanooga Valley, GA ~20 min to Chattanooga ~11 min to St.Elmo ~8 min to Chickamauga ~18 min to Lookout Mntn We know this area very well and are happy to give recos for your stay! The space 4 bedrooms (K/K/Q/Q) 3 full bathrooms (3 showers, 1 tub) Downstairs living room includes a thick futon (F) and a trundle bed (T/T) Sleeps 11 Mountain view, huge back patio Fenced backyard Easy parking for 5+ cars + garage Quiet, peaceful neighborhood The home went through a complete renovation recently - added 3rd bathroom, new windows, patio doors, furniture, paint, light fixtures, landscaping and more! We love the natural MCM look of the 1960s rancher and chose to lean into the uniqueness - by keeping the original green bathroom tiles, stained glass windows and beadboard basement. This home is spacious for multiple couples, children and (up to 3) well behaved pups. We do charge $60 per dog. THE 2ND FLOOR (ground level, top floor) -Includes 3 bedrooms and two of the 2 full bathrooms (good for those who can’t walk stairs). 1 bathroom is en-suite to the primary bedroom, and 1 bathroom is off of the main hallway. -This floor walks out to the amazing back-deck with a view of Lookout Mountain. The back deck faces West so you can see the most amazing sunsets. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee/tea listening to the birds. -Deck includes two layout chairs, a 4-top metal table set with umbrella and two stackable chairs, a gas grill, chimenea, and stocked with firewood on the first floor. THE 1ST FLOOR (bottom level, walk out basement) -Includes one bedroom (this bedroom doesn't have a window), a living area with 3 separate beds (futon, twin trundle) - perfect for kids or a group of friends. -Includes brand new full bathroom with huge standing shower and STEAM SPA -Completely finished basement which walks outside to the fenced back yard / dog run. Extras: -Most rooms include a Smart TV. Both upstairs bathrooms include a Bluetooth speaker within the ceiling fan! -The house is on a water filtration system - all of the sink and shower water is completely filtered! No water bottles needed here. -The garage includes a full laundry area with stain stick, detergent - everything you may need. -Easy check-in and check-out process with a Smart Lock. -We charge $50 per dog and allow up to 3 dogs at the house. We just ask that they are well behaved. We have dogs and understand how hard it can be to book an Airbnb that is dog friendly! The home is optimized to make it easy for those traveling with their dogs. We include 2 pet gates, 3 drinking bowls and 2 dog friendly blankets to sleep on! -The back deck has a gas grill and chimenea (we provide wood for you!) -Full coffee bar in the kitchen includes K-Cups, creamer, sugar and tea. We also provide various spices in the kitchen -Fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessities you may need to cook a big meal including an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, many pots and pans, cutting boards, and much more! -Living room includes a record player (which is also a Bluetooth) and we've left you some of our favorite records :) Guest access Full house Other things to note *Sometimes we have trouble getting WiFi connection in the basement area since we are up in the mountains.
