Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $350 per day. **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service. Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain. For stays of 15 days or more, a weekly cleaning service fee will be charged. This service is required to maintain hygiene and comfort during your stay. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
