Exposed stone apartment with a terrace overlooking the river and offering an unobstructed view of the Castle of Aubenas and the Saint Benoit dome. Hiking lovers of all levels will be delighted with walks in the middle of breathtaking natural landscapes, starting with the Ermitage d'Ucel hike which begins 2 steps from the apartment. The tout'enbus line serves the residence and makes it easy to get to the town center of Aubenas and Vals les Bains. The space Living room with large sofa and TV area, small football table (with cork balls), equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 memory foam mattress, a loft bed in the entrance with a memory foam mattress 140 x 190 and 1 sofa bed 2 places 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet (hair dryer available) Possibility of providing small extra beds (especially for young children who could not sleep in the loft bed) The terrace is spacious and will allow you to drink an aperitif and eat by the river. A dressing room will allow you to store all your belongings for the duration of your stay. A small cellar facing the accommodation will allow you to store your bikes there if necessary. Guest access You stay in the entire accommodation and will have access to all rooms. Other things to note It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation, however an ashtray is available on the terrace. Bed and bathroom linen not included but possible at an additional cost (blankets and pillows automatically provided) Rental of sheets (12€ per bed) and towels (8€ per person) possible on request
