Come and rest in a cozy, economical, homey inn in the midst of nature in the tourist resort of SÃO ROQUE SP (70 km from the capital), a city famous for its restaurants, wineries and artichokes. RANCHO ACÁCIA SÃO ROQUE is 2 km from the city center and 6 km from the WINE ROUTE. The stay offers clean rooms, outdoor parking, a barbecue corner, a balcony for meals, fruit trees, and a large green area. WARNING: LOCATION WITH FARM ANIMALS & WILDLIFE. The space The place is reserved and has 5 private suites. BREAKFAST AND MENU CHARGED SEPARATELY. The rooms have fiber optic internet Wi-Fi and fans (NO TV, NO AIR CONDITIONING), in addition to having 1 towel/guest, beds with pillows, pillowcases and fitted sheets (BRING TOP SHEET). Full bathrooms with shower stall and electronic shower. Use of the barbecue is free for 2 hours, then R$10/hour. Outlets are 110v/10a (NO AIRFRYER, IRON, HEATER OR 20 AMPERES APPLIANCE). Guest access The surroundings (up to 300 m) include the CHIMAR supermarket (until 10 p.m.), the PORTAL DE SÃO ROQUE and the POSTO BR gas station with convenience store (until midnight). The center and the WINE ROUTE are 2 and 6 km away respectively. The BUS STATION is about 2.5 km away. UBER and 99 operate normally in the city. During your stay I am available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in person or via messaging app. I also speak English and can recommend tours, tour guides and drivers. Other things to note Here's my house and I treat everyone with respect. Besides me, the farm has 3 dogs, 1 cat, chickens, wild animals and insects (WINDOWS ARE SCREENED). SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ROOMS and eating/drinking on the beds. LOST/BROKEN OBJECTS OR DAMAGED STRUCTURE WILL BE CHARGED. I don't allow moving furniture and beds around. EXTRA GUESTS PAY R$40/DAY/USE. iFood and deliveries normally serve the ranch. The access roads are asphalt and dirt (there may be puddles and mud in the rain). There may be maintenance/cleaning during business hours.
