Comfortable, CLEAN, safe, serene, remodeled duplex apartment w/private entrance thru back of home - 20 mins to Gville/Clemson. Stocked for cooking. Near hiking, climbing, kayaking, diving, fishing, restaurants, breweries, pubs, theatres, museums, hospitals, live music venues, shopping, universities, and churches. Come home to comfy robes and rooms designed for relaxation. Note: Easley has a train track downtown - a few blocks away. This is important to note. Self check-in thru passcode The space Private, accessible, well-lit entrance with security camera and lockbox in fenced yard, full private kitchen with amenities for a longer stay, living room, small office, games, front porch and back patio, grill and grilling utensils, comfortable furniture and ample storage, free parking 20' from entrance. Central air/heat w/thermostat control, premium channels, wi-fi, office. Basketball, fire pit, grill, outdoor eating area. Hosts reside in other side of home. Laundry facilities are shared with host. All other indoor space is private. Entrance and rooms are wheelchair/walker accessible, but bathroom entrance door is 28" wide. Guest access Guests have parking, private entrance, 15 x 19 bedroom with sitting area, small private bath with shower/tub and storage space, linens and towels, closet and drawer space, private kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, mixer, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, mixing bowls, coffee, tea, spices, condiments, and olive oil. Living room has television with premium channels, office space (small desk with shelving and storage). Kitchen and living room are open concept 15 x 19 Laundry is located off of hall separating guest apartment and host's residence. There is a patio area near the private guest entrance. Host's dogs require access to fenced backyard, but can use other area at guest's request. Guests have control of central heat and air unit for apartment. Guests are welcome to come to our residence to look at art or borrow books from our library. We have karaoke mics if you want to sing. Other things to note Our dogs (Lassie: 20 lb Terrier mystery mix, and Houdini: 15 lb mound of LOUD hair/energy) use the fenced backyard area for playtime/potty breaks, so we ask guests to keep the gate latched. If guests have an aversion to dogs, please let us know & we will accommodate that during your stay by keeping our little beasts FAR away.
