This charming bungalow is located within a short walk to all of Franklin street, and just a few seconds drive to the Lloyd expressway, which will take you through both ends of the city. On the main level you will find hardwood floors throughout - including the cozy and airy master bedroom, which comes with a comfortable queen size bed, plenty of pillows, 100% cotton percale sheets & down comforter. A large built in wardrobe to unpack all of your belongings, ceiling fan and usb charging ports. Mattress and pillow protectors on all of the bedding throughout the home. If you have a down allergy let us know, and we will provide alternative bedding. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Living room comes with 50” smart TV with apps and local channels. A wink to Mid-Century modern in the dining room, with seating up to six. Record player with many classic albums and a blu tooth speaker provided. The classic, retro inspired kitchen, with original 1950s countertops, comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Keurig coffee maker w/K-cups, drip coffee maker, and a single cup French Press. Filters, cream and sugar are provided as well. Full place settings for four. The lower level of the home has space for up to three, with a twin size bed (w/rails) and a double bed. Television, games, Wi-Fi and a nostalgically eclectic assortment of VHS tapes available for viewing. We hope you enjoy all the little retro surprises to be discovered during your stay.
