South of the Charente-Maritime department, on a 7-hectare property, we offer this 3-star furnished tourist cottage for a maximum of 6 people plus a baby. Adjacent to our house, you have a private garden. On the 1st floor: a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an independent toilet. The space Your children will enjoy the games (swing, trampoline...) as well as the animals on site (chickens, pony, horses, goats, dogs...). For parents, the calm of the place will be conducive to rest and visiting the region. A fiber-connected Wi-Fi access point will allow the most studious to work. 2 km away you will find many shops, a lake with beach and a swimming pool open in high season. Guest access In addition to the gîte and its private garden, you will have access to part of the structure, subject to compliance with the rules of use that will be reminded to you by the owners. This is especially true for guests coming with their horses Other things to note In the heating season (October to April), an electricity meter reading is carried out during the inventory. Consumption will be recorded and invoiced in ADDITION to the cost of the rental during this period only. A package of 8 kWh per day is however included. Rental of sheets and towels is possible.
