Located 2 blocks from the "Malecón", 4 blocks from "Habana Libre" and "Hotel Nacional" in a friendly neighborhood. It's a short 10 min taxi ride to Old-Havana. Amenities: Wifi - Free 2hr per reserved night - $1/hr thereafter Bar & drinks (at extra cost) The space Casa Vapor is ideal for a family, group of friends or couples looking for a private and central location in Havana in a quiet but also vibrant neighborhood. The entire apartment will be at your disposal, you will not share it with other people or us. The apartment is in the heart of Central Havana and is equipped with air-conditioners in the living room area and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a private full-private bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you are free to use all the facilities (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, blender etc.) for your comfort. We also a have a queen size air mattress which can be used in the living room area for our guests. In addition, we will provide a selection of bottled water, sodas and beer at a modest price for your convenience. The location is exceptional for those who want to explore the city on their own or with tours. It is located 2 mins walking distance from the "Malecón" in a friendly neighborhood with close proximity to main attractions in Havana (El Capitolio, Paseo del Prado, the Malecón and Museo de la Revolución) and 10 minutes taxi ride to Old-Havana or 30 minutes walk along the waterfront. The apartment is located two blocks from 23rd street where you can find many bars and restaurants, five blocks away from the Hotel Nacional and Hotel Habana Libre. In the Hotel Habana Libre you can buy tours for Viñales, Trinidad, Varadero and many other cities around the city. We hope you enjoy your stay with us in this beautiful city :) Guest access The apartment is fully secured by an electric security lock with a passcode that will be set by the guest. We also have a security alarm that you're welcome to use when you leave the apartment for your peace of mind. Guests have access to entire space, including all the facilities provided throughout the duration of their stay. Checkout times are very flexible provided that we do not have new guests checking in the same day. We kindly requests that guests only smoke outside of the apartment or in the balcony. Other things to note The bedrooms are "Railroad style" (i.e. you need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other) with a private full bathroom each of them and separated by a hallway and a door with a lock separating them from each other. Please, see the pictures for more information. The WiFi connection we offer is complementary for 1 hour per reserved night. It's by no means a comparable service to that of first world countries in terms of speed and reliability. The connection can be intermittent and slow especially during peak hours and during bad weather times. However, it's reliable to send/receive messages and light use of social media. We strongly recommend not to rely on our internet service to conduct heavy use work. Also, it's strictly prohibited to use this service to access websites with adult content. The internet service we provide is complementary and we cannot guarantee accessibility to all devices and/or at all times during your stay. However, we do our best to assist our guests by guiding you to alternative sources of internet access if this occurs. We have a friendly use limit to "ONE (1) HOUR PER DAY RESERVED DAY." Each additional hour you exceed the friendly limit is charged at the rate of $1/hr (standard price in Cuba). It's necessary that after you finish the internet use you close the connection properly otherwise the service will continue running and you will be charge the extra use.
