The bed linens and comforters are organic cotton. The driveway is gravel and steep, but we've used it for years without difficulty(except when there's a lot of snow!) Full use of downstairs except the owner's closet is a locked room at end of hall. Space includes a laundry room with space for extra groceries …full use of back deck and the furniture on it. Shared use of part of driveway- where our veggie garden is. We are life-long Ketchikan Residents, feel free to ask us questions about Ketchikan and must-see attractions. We block the road and the whole town shows up! Walking distance to grocery stores ( though Ketchkan is pretty hilly) but 1/2 block from bus line! Our veggie garden is along the edge of the driveway so you may see us watering at times. You may also hear subtle noises upstairs such as footsteps, water running and other general living activity, though we will try to do most of our busy stuff while you are out and about .
