The space Recently remodeled unit with fresh coastal styling, original art and handcrafted pieces by owner/host throughout add to the relaxing and peaceful space! The bed linens and comforters are organic cotton, and beds are comfy cool memory foam. The space is light and airy, but comfortably cozy. The driveway is gravel and steep, so I recommend all wheel drive if you’re getting a rental car… suv or higher profile front end …we've used it for years without difficulty (except when there's a lot of snow!) In case of snow, there is parking in a shared driveway in front of house with a lit walking path and ramp access to the apartment.. Guest access Full use of downstairs -Space includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen room, 1 full room) living room with comfy sectional, a laundry room with washer, dryer, hanging space for wet clothing, and shoe trays for shoes & boots, plus space for extra groceries …only exception is the owner's closet- which is a locked room at end of hall (we will not access during your stay unless there’s an emergency) Full use of large back deck and the furniture on it. Private parking and private entry. Other things to note You may also hear subtle noises upstairs such as footsteps, water running and other general living activity, though we will try to do most of our busy stuff while you are out and about . The house is close to ballfields (2) and schools so there could be team sports happening along with the accompanying traffic, and cheering that goes with it! Could be fun to watch a softball or baseball game at the brand new field about a block away! School in session September- May.
