Welcome home! This exclusive thatched cottage awaits you just outside Sankt Peter-Ordings. In an absolutely secluded location, the house is available to you on a 3000 sqm property with 6 e-bikes and the sauna house. Ideal for singles, couples and families who want to breathe in the North Sea air. There are 4 bedrooms, one of them on the open gallery, kitchen with a cozy dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom with walk-in glass shower, a guest toilet, you can call all of this your home! The space In 2019/2020, the house was completely renovated, modernized, lovingly renovated and has partial underfloor heating. It is located in the middle of the nature reserve and 2 km from the North Sea dyke. The spacious living atmosphere is created by the open floor plan, as well as the partial absence of intermediate ceilings to the upper floor. From the open gallery you have a view of the living and dining area with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa or snuggle up in the rocking chair. Light the cozy stove, turn on the TV, read a book or just do nothing. In 3 bedrooms, one is in the open gallery, there are double beds. The 4th bedroom has a pull-out double bed and is the passage to the bedroom 'roses‘. Ideal to have the children nearby. A travel cot for smaller children can be provided. Kitchens are fully equipped. Filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, microwave, food processor, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle iron... Dish towels and dishcloths, spices, vinegar, oil, dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid can also be found in the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people. A high chair is available if needed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, 2 towels per/pers., as well as hair dryer and hand washing soap. In the guest toilet there are washer-dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning materials. There are 2 TVs (140cm and 125cm) and a music system with Bluetooth and DAB Plus. Wi-Fi is free . Insect screens on the windows are available in the entire house. A sliding insect protection door is located on the door to the terrace. Right next to the thatched roof house, the sauna house invites you to relax. With the view over meadows and pastures, you can relax. To enjoy the sun in the garden there are 3 seating areas, 2 of them covered. And you can enjoy the first coffee in the beach chair. There are 4 sun loungers available. In the Swedish shed, 6 e-bikes are ready for you, including a Babboe cargo bike. Also a classic ladies bike with no motor, frame size small. The bikes are included in the price. In the cargo bike, 2 children (about 2-8 years) could sit, there is room for a child in the bike trailer. You are welcome to use helmets of different sizes. Baskets and bags for the wheels are present. So nothing stands in the way of the bike ride to the beach. You will also find a ping pong table, a foosball table, a badminton game, a kubb game, a slack line, a collection of games and other small items. For golf lovers, the golf course in Sankt Peter-Böhl is the first port of call. For longer stays, from 29 days, weekly cleaning is included if wanted. For shorter stays for a fee, please feel free to inquire. Car parking spaces are provided. If the house is free before your arrival, you may be able to check in early. Feel free to request! Other things to note - The outdoor shower is only available in summer. -The house is thatched, therefore open fire and fireworks (firecrackers and rockets) are prohibited! - The property is not fenced. - The house is only partially suitable for smaller children There is no stair gates, sockets do not have a child lock, the water trench is not secured!
