Welcoming Waterfront Cottage

Cozy yet stylish waterfront gem hidden in friendly Victoria Harbour minutes of driving from Midland, featuring spacious comfortable rooms, sandy beach with a dock for fun in the water, enclosed backyard great for the families with small children, an open concept main floor transitioning to the deck with stunning water views, and plenty of parking space - all in a peaceful neighborhood with a boat launching spot nearby, marina & local shops within walking distance. The space Welcome to Your Waterfront Gateway in friendly Victoria Harbour located on the shores of gorgeous Georgian Bay! You are in a four-season cottage, so enjoy it all year round whether you are a fan of fun in the water, a beach body, a snowmobiler, a hiker, a star gazer or just a lover of tranquil nights by the firepit or a fireplace. We have full service kitchen + an outdoor grill. Grill is on the patio/ balcony. There's access to the enclosed backyard from both levels of the dwelling. From there step down to our sandy beach washed by waters of Georgian Bay. We have a small boat dock on our property. On our street within 30 meters away from our cottage you'll find an accessible public boat/ jet ski launching area. There are 4 parking spots in front of the property at the street level + parking in front of the house between the garage & the front porch. The driveway is long & spacious, but it is shared with the neighbour - please be mindful of this. All rooms have motorized window coverings - please only use the remote controls to operate the blinds and do not adjust the blinds manually with hands (this will damage the blinds). Our cottage is great for families. Please be kind & respectful to our neighbors and our community. Other things to note This is a family cottage. Please NO smoking inside our home. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of the refuge properly by not leaving the butts on the ground. An additional fee of $250 will be added should the cottage require additional cleaning to remove the signs of smoke. If the guests exceed the allowed capacity there will be an additional charge of $150 per person added for any person over the allowed capacity. There is a fine of $1000 for obstructing the security cameras in any way.
