We are a space focused on rest; we are located a few meters from the Pípila monument (one of the most emblematic) and a 10-minute walk from the historic center, each apartment has 1 free parking space. IG @casameraki.guanajuato The space The déto Vouná which means mountain, is a challenging, risky space, with terracotta tones, a combination of natural woods and textiles inspired by the mountains, an experience that lovers of interior design cannot pass by, we take care of every detail and many of the pieces that make it up are made by Mexican artists, artisans and designers. Common Area The rooftop area and pool are shared with guests of our accommodation. Our terrace also serves as a venue for select experiences and events, so on certain dates you may encounter a lively and sociable atmosphere. Featured Services: Elevator. Romantic dinners on the rooftop (subject to availability). Important aspects to consider: Coexistence Policy: Remember that Airbnb is a home-sharing service, not a hotel. Our space is focused on providing comfort, tranquility and rest, so parties, disorder, shouting, loud music or any type of noise that may disturb other guests or neighbors are not allowed. If your travel plan does not match these policies or you do not intend to comply with them, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking with us. This way we avoid awkward situations such as reports to Airbnb, the application of fines or the notice to the corresponding local authority. These rules exist to ensure that you and other guests enjoy a pleasant, safe and memorable experience. Number of Guests: You must enter the correct number of guests when making or quoting the reservation; the price changes from the third and fourth guest. Guest Policy: Guests and unregistered persons are not allowed. If this happens, Airbnb will be notified, a $5,000 fine will be applied, and the booking will be cancelled without a refund, requesting eviction from the property. Guest Age: Our accommodation is exclusively for adults; minors are not allowed to enter, except in previously authorised cases. Rooftop and Pool: Out of respect for all guests, bringing your own food and drinks into the rooftop area is not permitted. You can check out our mixology services or buy drinks on site. Parking: Each apartment has 1 parking space. Pets: Pets are prohibited. Reception Hours: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you arrive outside these hours, an additional fee will be charged for the host's time. We reserve the right not to receive guests after certain hours. Therefore, if your arrival is scheduled after 6:00 pm, it is essential that you notify us before making the reservation to confirm whether it will be possible to receive you. Booking Policy: Changes or refunds are not accepted once the property is booked. Guest access Check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm We understand that every trip is different and schedules may vary. We only ask that you please let us know at least one day in advance if your arrival time will be after 6 pm to check if it is possible for someone from the team to return. Please note that there is an additional cost for check-in after the established time and in some cases we are entitled not to receive guests after the established time. Other things to note ** MERAKI HOME EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE AT 10 AM TO 4 PM, IF YOU HAVE ANY REQUIREMENTS AFTER THIS TIME, THEY WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY IN THE ABOVE HOURS ** * We ask to keep the common areas tidy and clean out of respect for all guests: a) Do not hang towels, clothes, swimsuits, etc. on the rooftop furniture (we have hangers placed on the wall to place your garments). b) Your shoes or footwear in the pool area should be placed next to the stairs leading to it. c) Next to the rooftop bar are trash baskets so that please flush your trash or cigarette butts. d) Once you make use of the pool, we beg you to dry well before entering the elevator and avoid leaving it wet. e) It is not allowed to hang towels, clothes, etc. on the glass, chairs, tables on the terraces of the apartments. F) The use of roasters is not allowed anywhere in our apartment or the building. ** Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen bed, when the reservation is 1 to 2 people for one day, only one room is left open, if the guest wants to make use of the second bedroom will have a price of $300 pesos per day. ** Lost keys or cards, will have a charge of $500 pesos each. ** Extra requests such as changing towels before 4 nights of stay generate an extra charge for each time it is requested. ** We are located just 8 minutes walk from the historic center (from the main attractions of the city) and a 5-minute walk from the monument to the Pipile, you can move to our house by car, taxi or walk (consider it a heavy climb characteristic of the city's topography) as well as make use of the funicular that is located on the Pipile (we suggest reviewing times).
