Outside is the real highlight: a large private area with a corner sofa for aperitifs, a built-in barbecue with sink, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. You'll also have access to the residence pool. Two reserved, free parking spaces are available, along with fast wifi (86 Mbps) throughout the house. All around, only hills and greenery: quiet and privacy. Guest access Online check-in is required before arrival: signing the rental agreement, requesting documents, and paying local taxes. In Italy it is mandatory to register guests on the portal of the State Police, for this reason identification documents will be requested. In some periods of the year the municipality requires the payment of the city tax. The request for linen must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.
