Treetops in London; stylish flat in great location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to the city - 8 minute walk from the underground, and 20 mins to Oxford Circus - you will have beautiful views of treetops, wake to the rising sun and experience the most magnificent sunsets while unwinding in the evening. This is the host's home - everything is new, confortable, clean, and high quality. You will walk in and feel relief, a base you can relax from. All local amenities within walking distance, and free parking for one car. The space The bedroom has a King Bed and an Ensuite bathroom. The host lets out the whole place for short stays, as well as a room when here, so feel free to drop a line and enquire as to your preference. When host is away, 2 people are fine to stay, when host is here, single guests are preferred. If you have specific date requests or different timed check-ins and check-outs, just drop a note and we'll be as flexible as possible. It is located within a residential block so please be respectful of the neighbours. We welcome guests who are courteous and respectful of the space and its surroundings. Guest access You can access all the communal spaces - living room and kitchen but for light use, e.g. breakfast, eating pre-prepared meals - would respectfully ask you're not in there for hours preparing lavish meals, so if you want to cook every day and launder clothes etc. this may not be the place for you. Please be prepared to clean up after yourself and leave things tidy. Would ask you don't wear outside shoes in the house as far as possible.
