We set up a roofed patio to avoid any rain or other disturbance and installed Outdoor TV. The backyard has beautiful night lights and fire pit with chairs which creates a truly romantic atmosphere. Dining Table and Sectional Sofa are located under the roof. QUITE HOURS: 9:00PM - 9:00AM. ★ BEACH ESSENTIALS ★ At our property, we conveniently offer some beach essentials to make your stay more comfortable. ✔ Beach Cooler ✔ 4 Beach Chairs ✔ Beach towels ✔ Umbrella ✔ Floaters ★ PARKING ★ You won’t need to carry or wheel any of your bags or belongings far when you stay here. That’s because there’s space for 5 small to mid-size vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use. Please note the street parking is prohibited. ★ WORKSPACE ★ With a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet, the house is ideal for anyone with work to do. You can find a quiet and comfortable space to get your laptop out and can easily keep in touch with colleagues, clients, and customers, wherever they are in the world. Guest access ★ HEATED SWIMMING POOL ★ Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance. We believe that extra pool heating is not needed from May until September since the water gets very warm from the sun. During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (90 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible. We charge 60$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses. We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone. ★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★ Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $50 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote. Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability. Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 5 CARS - NO STREET PARKING AT ANY TIME, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer. Pool service is scheduled twice a week, usually on Tuesdays at 1PM and Fridays at 4-5 PM. It might change due to weather conditions. Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks. Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay. ★ POOL ★ Supervise the children in the backyard; Use the pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages and injuries. Other things to note We are located in a residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of our neighbors and city laws all the time. Read the rules carefully to prevent any issues during your stay. ★LOUD NOISES ARE PROHIBITED★ Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city and may be subject to a fine of up to $1000. Per occurrence, as per the city noise ordinance of the Fort Lauderdale Code of Ordinance. QUITE HOURS: 9:00PM - 9:00AM - this means that during this time NO MUSIC is to be played in the backyard or pool area, and, NO NOISE - anyone outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors who have work and kids that go to school. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. House is only for you and amount of people mentioned in the reservation. All unauthorized visitors will be considered as house rules violations. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. ★ NO STREET/GRASS PARKING - 4 CARS ONLY★ NO STREET OR GRASS parking, it is strictly prohibited. Our vacation rental has a license for only 4 cars being parked at the property parking lot. Parking on the street, on grass, behind bushes, or by neighbors' houses is illegal and will result in a violation of city law. All vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked within a driveway in compliance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking (anything) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You will be required to pay an additional odor removal fee of $750. SMOKING MARIJUANA (inside, outside, in the front yard, in the backyard, on our parking lot - anywhere on the property) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or personnel report the smell of weed, we will be required to call authorities, since it is illegal in Florida and prohibited at our vacation rental. ★ NO DRUGS or WEAPONS ★ Our community has zero tolerance towards DRUGS or WEAPONS, and it will be reported to the City Police immediately. ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax by the pool. Please note that we charge a FEE 100$ per pet. Please clean after your pets if needed. BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. SECURITY AND SAFETY We are doing our best to keep the community and our guests safe. Thank you very much for your understanding. Finally, know that we do have security cameras, and noise & smoke detectors on-premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. We have 2 motion-activated recording camera overlooking the parking which records video and audio. Other 2 cameras overlook the backyard with a pool and trampoline for safety issues. It is motion-activated and record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Cameras are installed for 1) for the safety of our home, our guests, our neighbors and 2) for city and county regulations purposes. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property. Any violations of house policies or city laws may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. Our goal is to keep our neighborhood a safe and quiet place for our guests as well as our neighbors. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence pursuant to section 16-127.
