VILLAS ILLUSIONS: ILLUSIONS Wonderful Villa located in the Garraf Natural Park. The house is located 15 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona. The Villa is fully equipped for our guests to have an incredible vacation. Its spacious rooms and spaces can accommodate up to 16 people. Its intimate garden and private pool will allow you to enjoy the sunny weather. In addition, in the barbecue area or in its indoor leisure room you will spend unforgettable moments. The space Our Villa has a plot of 800m² and an interior area of 450m² distributed over three floors (up to a total of 7 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living-dining rooms and 2 kitchens). The house has air conditioning on all floors and heating throughout the home. 1) On the ground floor: - A large leisure area with a pool table, foosball and other games to have fun. - A drinks bar and a kitchen with a refrigerator to store drinks. - A gym with sauna*. - A bathroom with shower. - A room with a washing machine. 2) On the main floor: - A spacious double-height dining room with a large table, leather sofa, 49" TV, fireplace. The dining room is lit with natural light and is ideal for relaxing. - A large fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Features direct access to the barbecue area. - A first bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and direct access to the pool. - A second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. - A third bedroom with two single beds. - Two large modern bathrooms; one with a whirlpool bathtub and the other with a shower. - A terrace right at the house's main entrance. 3) Upstairs: - A beautiful balcony at the top of the dining room. - A terrace with magnificent views of the Garraf Natural Park (you can even see the sea in the background!). - A fourth bedroom with a double bed. - A fifth bedroom with a single bed. - A sixth bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a children's bed (up to 8 years) themed as a car. - A seventh bedroom with two single beds. - A bathroom with shower. 4) Outside: - A private 8m x 4m pool that our guests love and that stays sunny all day long. - A chill-out area next to the pool with a heated Jacuzzi and sun loungers. The area also has a sink and outdoor shower. - A gas barbecue area with a large table and a bar to enjoy the most exquisite cuisine. - All the exteriors are surrounded by a beautiful garden. - A parking area for up to two cars at the entrance to the Villa. Guest access The reservation gives full and exclusive access to Villa Ilusions. Other things to note We advise bringing your own vehicle to visit the area and its surroundings. During the stay, the tourist tax of €1/person per day (maximum of 7 days) will be charged for all persons over 16 years of age. Travel cots and high chairs are available to guests upon request. Monthly discounts do not apply from June to August. For monthly stays, €300/week will be charged for utility consumption and a vacation rental contract will have to be signed. The house has an indoor and outdoor alarm system installed that is completely disconnected during the guests' stay. *Use of the sauna is for a fee for environmental reasons. It works with a coin purse that allows you to insert one euro coins for 30 minutes of operation. The house has an anti-intrusion alarm system with photo-detectors (not cameras), which is only activated when there are no guests, to prevent theft and occupations.
