Our home is ideally located within walking distance of skiing, sledding, restaurants, local pub, hiking/biking trails, mini golf and the quintessential General Store. Perfect for couples/families, the condo features cozy decor, modern amenities and a balcony with breathtaking views. The space Beech Mountain Escape's new owners have lovingly chosen new linens and decor to make the home welcoming and comfortable. Upon arrival, you will find a clutter-free and very clean home. An open plan layout allows your group to enjoy being together, but with plenty of space for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home - with the exception of locked owners closet. Other things to note One flight of stairs leads to the home entrance. Four/all wheel drive and/or snow chains may be required during winter months to navigate mountain roads. It is important to note that due to the cool temperatures and mountain breeze, our property is not equipped with Air Conditioning. Per HOA policy, no animals/pets are permitted. No refunds for weather.
