We are located in the quieter part of Kitsilano. The space is best suited for a family or couple. We are three blocks from the ocean and are walking distance to all amenities. Our 825 sq-ft apartment has 7' ceilings and full-size windows. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (granite, stainless steel appliances), in suite laundry. The space All beds are super comfy Simmons Beautyrest mattresses (one queen, two singles); the kitchen and bathroom have heated tile floors (cozy). We offer our guests Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime, wifi, and 100mb hardwire download speed; there is a security system and a sprinkler system. It is a half-basement with the majority of the space above ground - every room has full-sized wind-out windows. The apartment is well-lit and receives a lot of natural light. Other things to note REGULATIONS! In compliance with City of Vancouver policies, starting in 2026, we require a 90 day minimum stay. RATES! High Season: May 1-September 30 CAD 120/nt Low Season: January 1-April 30/October 1-Dec 31 CAD 100/nt CLEANING! We charge a one-time deep cleaning fee of $120 when you move out. During your stay, we can arrange for weekly or bi-weekly "maintenance" cleanings (kitchen, bath, floors, sheets... the "basics") for $100 per session.
