To do this, we provide fully furnished and serviced apartments, artfully designed, for stays of a month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Find your accommodation in Paris with ARNAVE, a 117.2 m² apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. One of the highlights of the apartment is its 2.2 m² balcony. From the moment you arrive, you'll discover a bright and welcoming space, designed to make you feel at home from day one. It also has an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need, and all bed and bath linens are provided. The proposed stay is exclusively for professional, academic, or medical purposes, which must be justified in advance. This is not a tourist, vacation, or leisure stay, in accordance with the French regulations in force relating to temporary residence in Paris. We cannot be held responsible for noise pollution (construction or street noise) occurring outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms equipped with air conditioning will be explicitly indicated in our description). We will not accept any booking cancellations or refund requests related to these two points. To finalize your booking, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide proof of ID, proof of permanent residence, proof of creditworthiness, and proof of the reason for the stay. As part of this process, guests must also sign a declaration confirming that all documents and information provided are accurate, truthful, and in compliance with applicable law. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements. We cannot accept any reservation without these documents, and the standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not finalized. This accommodation requires a refundable deposit of €3,000, requested via a secure link in your inbox once the booking is confirmed.
