The apartment is in the peaceful rural village of Orehovlje, just 15 minutes from Nova Gorica. Interiors are simply furnished but everything, from air conditioning to storage and convenient parking, is in place to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space This attractive newly renovated two-bedroom property can accommodate up to 5 people and is an ideal base for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. Spend your days on the coast or take advantage of the many outdoor activities and stunning landscapes that characterize western Slovenia. The apartment (100 m²) boasts a contemporary style with modern white furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living area and bedrooms all have air conditioning, while the doors to the balcony and terrace let in plenty of natural fresh air and cool breeze. The apartment spreads over two floors, with the entrance on the first floor. It comfortably accommodates four people, with the possibility of a space for a 5th person if required. The ground floor (35m²) comprises an open-plan living and dining room, with a modern kitchen and access to a large terrace (25m²). Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the upper floor, all with access to the balcony. The Old House is a third-generation family countryside home. It offers all of the comforts and warmth of a home, featuring high-quality materials like hardwood floors, quality appliances, and functional furniture. The house has very thick stone walls, which offer optimal temperature regulation. Offering a comfortable space to work, a regular size kitchen, and fast internet of up to 20 Mbps, the apartment is ideal for anyone traveling on business. Guest access Living and outdoor area Large windows provide plenty of light in the comfortable open-plan living area where the whole family can relax at the end of the day. The living room is simply furnished with a sofa bed, table, and rug. During the warmer months, guests have an additional "outdoor room" thanks to the large terrace, ideal for children to play outside. Kitchen and dining area Set to one side of the open-plan living area, the gleaming white kitchen offers a pleasant environment for preparing food and lingering over leisurely meals at the six-seater dining table. The modern kitchen and dining area are well equipped with everything you need and are designed to provide work surfaces and plenty of storage, ideal for those evenings when you prefer to self-cater. The air conditioner installed in the dining room keeps the room cool. Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom shared by two bedrooms. The minimalist and practical modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a handheld and overhead shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a towel rack. Freshly laundered towels are provided. Bedrooms Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, are both on the first floor. With freshly painted white walls and crisp white bedding, the rooms offer a wonderful rest. Both rooms have air conditioning, a smart flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space. Other things to note No pets, parties or smoking are allowed at this property. Charging electric vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, etc.) Charging electric vehicles is not permitted at the property, as the electrical installation is not designed to support such loads. For safety reasons, yours and ours, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to this rule. Overloading the electrical system can result in permanent damage, significant repair costs, or even fire. Please note that any violation of this instruction will lead to the immediate termination of your reservation and financial penalties for property damage. Dear Guests, Please note that all tourists visiting Slovenia must pay a tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per night and €1.25 per child (aged 7-18) per night. Additionally, a service fee of €0.92 per person per night applies to all our guests. These fees are collected separately. ear Guests, For guests staying 5 days or more, please be informed that our cleaning service will visit once a week to clean the apartment.
