This rare and unique 1 bedroom apartment sits at the intersection of old and new Hong Kong. Bars & restaurants line Central District, Lan Kwai Fong, Hollywood Road and Soho steps away. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which can be accessed by 2 elevators. Rest assured, my goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I encourage you to take advantage of the space available to you throughout your stay. The space There is just 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa in the sitting area. There is a huge terrace which is a rare find in HK to be used and enjoy a good weather. Furnished with a dining table for 8 people, comfortable set of sofas for relaxation and 2 huge umbrellas to protect you from the glaring sun and sometimes prying eyes of the neighbours on weekends. Free high speed wireless and LAN internet, a TV to enjoy a free use of Netflix and Prime Video. Furnished and decorated with a full on bathroom with large shower and a kitchenette with 3 burner induction cooker and oven and all the eating and cooking amenities. There are 2 individually controlled air conditioners in the apartment, one in each area of sleeping and sitting. The apartment building as well as the neighbourhood is as vibrant and busy which is not unusual in Hongkong, though one of the safest places in the world to be! it is the perfect apartment for a couple.
