Nestled in the heart of the Texas hill country, this authentic log cabin has been updated with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax with plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen smart TV for your entertainment. The large fully functional kitchen provides ample space for you to prepare your own meals during your stay, complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The outdoor living space features a large covered deck perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenery. Stay connected during your stay with our high-speed fiber wifi. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, and the bunk room is perfect for kids with its four twin beds. For additional space and fun, we have a separate exterior game room. Enjoy a movie or use it as a workspace for remote work. The futon in the game room can also be converted into a full-sized bed for added sleeping arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and extra exterior game room. Other things to note PET POLICY Pets are allowed, but please keep pets off of furniture and beds. Please bring your own pet beds and towels; do not use our blankets and bath towels for pets. Do not allow pets to roam free while outdoors since the yard is not enclosed. Please clean up after your pet outside. The pet fee is $30 with a maximum of two pets per stay. Additional fees could apply if we find that the pet left any additional mess or damage to our furniture. LINENS & TOWELS Clean fresh bed linens are always provided. King and queen beds will be made but bunks will have linens neatly placed and waiting to be made by guests, as needed. We will also provide the towels needed for bathroom needs but these are not for use at the river. Please plan to bring your own beach towels for after your outdoor water activities. STAIRS All bedrooms are upstairs and some guests may find the stairs a little steep. TELEVISIONS TVs are provided in living spaces and bedrooms. They are all equipped with Roku devices to access YouTubeTV and to sign into your own streaming accounts. GRILL A charcoal grill is available, but you must provide your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches. County burn bans do not apply to outdoor grilling. FIRE PIT You will have to provide your own firewood for the fire pit. You are welcome to forage for dead wood on the property. Campfires are NOT allowed during a county burn ban. Please check the status of the burn ban at the Comal County website. PAPER PRODUCTS We provide a standard and reasonable amount of toilet paper and paper towels at the start of your stay. Depending on your group size or length of stay, plan ahead for additional paper products that your group may need.
