Ducted AC keeps the the house perfect in both summer and winter. Starlink - high speed internet - speeds of up to 150 MB/s. Unlimited. 3 bedrooms with private shower and bathroom. 50 Inch TV in living area and 3 smaller TV units in each bedroom. Small tidy kitchen Double garage with remote access Backyard undergoing maintenance. 2km from 50m outdoor Swimming Pool / 25m heated indoor pool 2.5km from town centre The space Neat little duplex with double garage, 3 bedrooms and showers. Two bedrooms have ensuites and the third is communal, but given the other two bedrooms have ensuites it’s basically a private shower bathroom (bath) for the guest in the 3rd bedroom. 3k’s from town centre. Quiet area. Premises are undergoing updates constantly to improve the overall experience for the guest. Guest access The entire place is yours. Back yard is undergoing maintenance at the moment and would ask that you keep off the new grass. Other things to note I ask that you provide names of all guests at least a couple of days before arrival. I only make up beds for named guests and there is no additional linen in the house. I’m happy to adapt some of the cleaning fee for people who will only use one or two showers. I’m still looking at that. A very basic pantry is provided. By that I mean tea, long life milk, sugar, oil. Not a lot. I do supply the following. - beds are freshly made. - 2 towels. - 2 face washers. - soap dispenser. - two rolls toilet paper for each toilet. - dish washing liquid for sink washing up. - 1 dish washer tablet for each day of your stay (up to 5) - Starlink super hi speed low orbit internet. - laundry tablets or powder (enough for 2 or 3 washes). - iron - clothes rack. - pegs. - kitchen cutlery/ crockery/ saucepans. More. There is a milk heater/ frother and a stove top espresso for the coffee must haves (I’m over of them). I don’t provide coffee at the moment though. I’m sure there’s a section where I can recommend local places for the best coffee in town.
