The space The home is located on a 3/4 acre lot with plenty of vegetation to provide privacy. The master bedroom and adjoining bath are on the main floor, along with the kitchen, living room, dining room, bonus area, and main bathroom. The house is narrow, but seems spacious with the open floor plan and tall ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. In the upstairs loft there are XL twin beds with a great view of the hill side. Guest access As a guest, you have access to all of the upper unit of the house, with the exception of the storage closet under the stairs - please do not help yourself to the supplies in there. You have full access to the deck, hot tub, yard, fire pit and wood shed. Please keep all gates and shed doors closed behind you. Guests do not have access to the downstairs apartment unit, downstairs patio or garage. Other things to note There is a full-time resident and grounds keeper in the downstairs apartment unit. You will see that there is plenty of yard space to allow for privacy and to avoid invading each other's space. You may come and go without ever seeing each other.
