Just minutes from downtown Medford, Capital House is situated on a half acre of mature landscaping with a gorgeous pool. The space This home has an airy, open-concept living space that is beautifully appointed in every way. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two king-sized beds and one queen, provide a very comfortable space for up to 6 guests. The gourmet kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and dine in and the backyard has plenty of room for kids and adults to lounge, play and dine by the pool during the late spring and summer months. The living room is inviting and comfortable with an electric fireplace and plenty of seating. There is a SmartTV with DVD player and a large selection of DVDs to choose from. Streaming from your own account is available with the guest provided internet access. Plan to stay long enough to make the most of your stay in this special home! Other things to note Please note: The pool is not heated and only available for use from May through October. The pool stays quite warm during the summer months because of all-day sun exposure. Additionally the pool area is not fenced so children should be monitored at all times.
