The space The Old Forge is an open plan barn conversion, perfect for a cosy and romantic getaway for two! Nestled at the top of the communal courtyard this cosy barn conversion offers a great base from which to explore the hills and dales of the Peak District. The accommodation is all on one level, creatively styled to maximise space, creating a relaxing place to unwind. Enter through the double doors into the compact yet well equipped kitchen space, which has been fitted out with the essentials to cook including electric oven and hob, under counter fridge, coffee machine, a kettle and toaster. Through to the right is the modern shower room with sink and WC. Within the studio is the stylish living/double bedroom, which is the perfect hideout featuring a smart TV and plush furnishings to cosy up in. Pet friendly and easy to access walks. Guest access Guests have access to the front field if you want to walk the dog/s! Please ensure the dogs are kept on a lead as there are horses either side of the field. Access to the field is located to the bottom right hand side of the property grounds. You also have access to the garden adjoining the carpark and the patio in front of the property. Other things to note The village has a fantastic local pub serving food and boasting incredible views over Lathkil Dale. Many local ales can be sampled here alongside a variety of delicious gins! We offer complimentary tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. We ask for pets to not be left alone for too long and to be kept off the bed.
