Casa Flora is a villa, located in Albori, a hamlet of Vietri sul Mare. It is set in a quiet and tranquil environment, without disturbing noises and without noise, ideal for rest. The villa has been recently renovated using materials typical of the culture of Vietri and the coast. Breakfast can be booked upon request. The space The house is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, without disturbing noise, ideal for rest. It is a newly renovated house, consisting of two separate mini apartments, with the option of combining the spaces through an opening wall. The property is spread over three floors, respecting local traditions in the choice of materials and colors. Free internet access is available, and there is free access to the property's grounds for walks, perfect for those who love nature. An accommodation tax of €3 per person per night is payable at check-in. Guest access The cities and towns of the Coast, each with their own traditions and peculiarities, are characterized by winding and narrow streets. Access to the property is via a private gate located on a very narrow street, which does not allow for maneuvering. You can park along the municipal road and walk a short distance. The current entrance leads to the house through the ancient "chiazze", with a double ramp staircase for each "chiazza", all adorned with maritime pines. The apartments are located about a hundred steps from the gate. The walk is pleasant, with the possibility of stopping under the pine trees, typical of the Mediterranean maquis. Other things to note Vietri sul Mare is renowned worldwide for its handmade and painted ceramics. Visitors can explore the factories and numerous shops to choose from coffee or tea services, or order a full dish service with traditional designs or custom decorations, with the possibility of direct home delivery. The area also offers a variety of special food products, such as the prized "pesto citares" or "colatura di alici", as well as preserves in oil, mushrooms, aubergines, sun-dried tomatoes, courgettes and more, all of which can be purchased by phone or online with home delivery. Other: - Late check-in: As a small B&B, check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For arrivals after 7:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of €20 for late check-in, to ensure an optimal reception. - Tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
