A violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 fine. If you break this rule during your stay, a fee will be charged to you and you will be asked to leave immediately. ★This is a non-pet friendly cabin. However, we understand the use of service dogs. Service dog should be with Handler at all times. If dog is left unattended it will be turned over to animal control and and additional $400 will be applied for hair and pet odor ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ There will be a $2000 fine for parties and events and you will be evicted with no refund ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home, front porch, deck or garden. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal ★ Smoking is only permitted inside the pergola area as garden is very sensitive. Please use tin can for cigarette disposal ★ Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8pm. ★Visiting the garden is permitted but no playing, littering, clipping or pouring liquids on plants. ★ Indoor fireplace (Operational Oct-May) and Outdoor propane firepit (year round) should only be operated by an adult ★ Children under 10 years old require supervision at Swim Spa. ★ When using the swim spa jets, there is a strong water current. Please use with caution. No lifeguard on duty ★PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE SPA COVER. To open cover roll front to the end of spa. Place cover on the end of bars Please cover spa when not in use. Uncovered spa may get contaminated and temperature will drop ★ Please do not add any chemicals such as bubble baths to swimspa ★ Please do not tamper with spa knobs. Any malfunction from tampering will result in a damage fee ★ Food displayed on listing is intended for marketing purposes only ★Late check out without prior notice can result in additional fees ★ A sofa bed usage fee will be applied for parties larger than 6 guests ★All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to security deposit hold. Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for excessive cleaning or any damages that occur during your stay. Check in may be delayed if these are not completed within 2 hours of arrival ★No refunds for storms or power outages. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. If there is a power outage, there will be no internet, water and possibly no heat until power is restored. We provide lanterns and flashlights but if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, please come prepared with bottled water, and non-perishable food, etc. ★No confetti, candles or paper streams allowed ★No parking past " Do not park" sign against rocks. It may damage underground valve ★ Please be aware, we have a scheduled sprinkler during summer and spring and your vehicle may get wet. We recommend bringing a car cover if you prefer that your car not get wet. ★ During winter, we advise driving a 4WD ★ The road leading up to cabin is narrow with slight incline and turns ★ Propane refills aren’t included, but the tank can easily be refilled at local Dollar Storea or Ace Hardware Due to an increased amount of cleanliness required, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. Being in the mountains, you may encounter insects, bugs, mice and outdoor wildlife. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters and insects out with monthly scheduled pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors shut to help keep any possible insects out. It is not uncommon to encounter bears or any wildlife in the Smokies so you may see Mama Bear and cub roam the neighborhood. Please do not go near or feed them. Do not leave any food or drinks in the car or outside. Bears may try to break in car. Keep vehicles locked at all times. We are not responsible or liable for any damages or harm from bears. Please be aware of bears when cooking outdoors. Do not leave food unattended while outside or on the grill. Please keep all doors and sliding glass door closed and locked during bear season (May-Nov). Supervise young children when outdoors For your convenience we supply you with a starter kit of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, trash bags and one tank of propane for firepit. You can purchase more supplies at Dollar Store, Walmart or Kroeger nearby for the duration of your stay.
