All four of the bedrooms are located on the ground level, ensuring easy access for all guests. Bedroom one a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), with en-suite shower room including walk-in shower, basin and Wc. Bedroom two a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and Wc. Plus a further two twin rooms which share a family bathroom with bath, walk in shower, basin and Wc. There is an additional toilet adjacent to the kitchen. The showers have been newly refurbished for Easter 2024. The beautiful village of Rock is located on the North Cornwall coast, just across the River Camel from the charming town of Padstow. Known for its sandy beach and tranquil waters, Rock is a popular destination for families, couples and water sports enthusiasts. For those looking to explore the surrounding area, Padstow is just a short ferry ride away. This picturesque fishing town is home to a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as some of the best seafood in Cornwall. Beyond Padstow, the area is full of stunning coastal walks, hidden coves and beautiful beaches. The property has an Ev charger, and private driveway which can accommodate up to 4/5 vehicles. Guests will need to download the app Pod Point to use the Ev Charger on a pay-as-you go basis.
