The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience. Guests checking in must be at least 21 yrs old and must present a credit card for the $100 security deposit. To move the reservation process along faster please send me the first and last name of the person that is checking in with your reservation request. Proof of citizenship is required to enter Canada. Please note that due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse units, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in. Resort Parking Parking is limited at WorldMark Birch Bay and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk for options. Pool & Hot Tub Information The heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are open year round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for additional specific information. Pool and hot tub are open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. The fitness center pool is open seasonally, Apr. 1 - Oct. 31. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming.
