Escape to coastal, casual Villa 610 at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, a 3 bedroom condo located on Hole 1 of the Par 3 course. The space This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main living area is spacious & comfortable with ample seating, a smart TV, large windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony that overlooks the golf course. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and provide a starter pack of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc). Bedroom 1 - Master with King bed with en suite, with panoramic windows overlooking the golf course and access to balcony. Bedroom 2 - King bed with full bath. Bedroom 3 - King bed, 2 twin bunks with full bath and private balcony. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $200 damage deposit will be held.
