The space The new, modern, quiet and very well equipped apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, utility room, living/dining room with integrated kitchen and a study. The bedroom has a box-spring bed in the size of 180 x 200 and a closet. Another box-spring bed in the size 160 × 200 is in the small bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a dining table with 6 chairs and a TV. The kitchen includes dishes, glasses and cooking pots. There is a desk in the study. The terrace is covered. Here you can smoke. This chic apartment offers various shopping (Lidl, DM, Combi), gastronomy, a bus stop and a highway connection in the immediate vicinity. By bike you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes and the OLANTIS (sauna and swimming area) takes about 7 minutes.
