Backing on to the Sixteen-mile creek, this backyard oasis has a sun-drenched inground pool surrounded by mature perennial gardens, a new manufactured stone patio, with upper and lower shaded lounge areas. The space The private walk-out basement is perfect for pool days: a private recreation room with a five-seater sectional and 65 inch TV, a private guest room with vanity and closet, a private 3 piece bathroom, remote working space and laundry room. We have a microwave and mini fridge in the unit, where you can heat up and refrigerate food. We do not have a stove or oven. Guest access You’ll have access to the pool, private lounge space with 65 inch TV, private bedroom, private 3 piece bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, freezer, and private work space. We also provide two parking spaces. Other things to note We live upstairs and there is no kitchen.
