You will be right in the heart of Loch Sport when you stay at this family friendly self contained retreat Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, Lucky Waters is the perfect getaway for singles, couples or family's alike who need a break from their day to day. With just a 5 minute walk to Lake Victoria, Food Works supermarket, take away shops, skate park, playground, the Marina Hotel and a short drive to the 90 mile beach, you'll have the best of what Loch Sport has to offer right on your door step! The space Inside the house consists of open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully enclosed graffiti style outdoor alfresco area which includes a BBQ and a pot belly for you to relax and unwind. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the second & third bedrooms have a double bed with single bunk. The house consists of ceiling fans in the living/dining area, along with a split system for your comfort. We are set up for young families and have a cot, baby bath, high chair and pram for you to utilize during you're stay. We have plenty of entertainment including a PS4,PS2, DVD's, board games, kayak, golf clubs and bikes. With plenty of parking space this makes it a great house for those with boats, jet-skis or trailers Please note that Loch Sport is on tank water, be mindful of water usage. Guest access You have access to the whole property. Other things to note This home is fully self contained which includes linen and towels. You will be required to bring your own beach towels and cot sheets.
