Located on the north side of town, our rental offers close access to the Rockwind Community Links Golf Course located 2 miles away and a mere mile from Zia Park Casino Hotel & Racetrack. The nearby Core Recreational Center, just 1.5 miles away, offers a range of activities for everyone. Our spacious home boasts 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms feature a queen size bed. Upstairs you will find a Jack and Jill bathroom that is perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with its own 50" TV, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows on the variety of applications or in our included Netflix subscription. The living room is a focal point of the home, featuring a massive 86" TV, perfect for those relaxed movie nights, or great for enjoying your favorite sports game. The adjacent neighborhoods of Hobbs, offer a variety of experiences. A 20-minute drive will take you to Lovington New Mexico, while a 30-minute drive lands you in Seminole, Texas. For longer day trips, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Carlsbad, and Roswell are all within a 90-minute drive. Our Casa MAREA home is not just a place to stay, but a place to live, laugh, and create lasting memories.
