Newly built apartment with large terrace - right on the bike path / on the edge of the vineyards - perfect as a starting point for excursions in and around Kaiserstuhl, Tuniberg, Freiburg, the Black Forest, France and Switzerland or Europa Park. The 50 sqm apartment is perfect for couples or smaller families. With a large outdoor area, a seating area to linger and eat, as well as parking for a car. The apartment, as well as the outdoor area, are fully completed - No smoking! - The space The apartment is equipped with a built-in kitchen, wardrobe, a sofa and TV corner as well as dining area. A high chair is available if needed and can be requested. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a 180*200 bed, a dresser, as well as a clothes rack and wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a storage room incl. a washing machine for a fee. A baby travel cot can also be provided on request for a small additional fee. Towels and linens are provided. The windows are fitted with blinds and curtains. Outside, a 30 sqm ground-level terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table invites you to linger. Please note: the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a central ventilation system. Therefore, we ask guests NOT to tilt the windows permanently, but to ventilate or only tilt them briefly. Other things to note With us you will receive the KONUS card and therefore also a free ticket for buses and trains in the Black Forest holiday region, from Pforzheim to Basel, Karlsruhe to Waldshut. Therefore, it is mandatory to fill out the registration form, which is on the table upon arrival, correctly and completely and to submit it directly to us!
