Karinyah features large open plan living spaces that flow seamlessly from indoor to outdoor to give you the perfect entertaining space all year round. This beautiful home will comfortably sleep 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, open plan lounge room & dining area with a seperate sun room, main bathroom as well as a ensuite and laundry combined. Luxury bed & bath linen is supplied with a welcome supply of amenities all for your convenience. Other features include: Wi-Fi, Smart TV that you can connect your Netflix to, games & books to keep to kids occupied, washing machine & dryer, Delonghi coffee machine, plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for an extended stay. Shops are a short waterfront walk around the point or a short drive as are restaurants and clubs. Beautiful beaches and national parks are within 10 minutes. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
