Just 5 minutes from the airport and 650m from the beach of Kremasti ideal for kite surf lovers Four large bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds can comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends. The house is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The space On the ground floor, entering from the main entrance, on your left is the first living room with the fireplace and on the right a large space that has a ping pong table as well as exercise equipment such as an electric treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. A barbell and a punching bag complete our small gym. In the back is the second living room, the dining room and the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with stoves, oven, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, fridge and everything you need to prepare a meal. Cook like at home, feel like at home. On the first floor are the bedrooms. The first bedroom with 1 queen size bed, TV, wardrobe room and private toilet with shower. The second bedroom with 1 queen size bed, TV, large wardrobe. A large comfortable bathroom in the hallway with a corner bathtub and washing machine. The third and fourth bedroom with a king size bed that can be divided into two single beds, a wardrobe and a TV. All rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating, as well as a radiator with a heat pump for the winter. The windows and balcony doors are made of thermal insulation materials. On the terraces of the house on both the ground floor and the upper floor, there are tables and chairs to relax in. In our garden we have designed a space with a small pool intex 4x3m overground, ideal for a breath of coolness and sun loungers to enjoy the sun of our island. There is also a barbecue and a small sitting area under the trees in the garden, and it will definitely become your favorite spot for relaxation. There is a private road with a gate leading to two residences belonging to a property. As you can see, GianAngelo's property is located on the two floors and the other residence in the basement of the property, which is completely independent of the villa, has an independent entrance and we use it for owner-occupancy. The house has free private parking. Right across the street from the house there is a café and a bakery, and 300 meters to the left and right there are large supermarkets.
