Please note that the lounge is in the basement and there is no handrail on the stairs going down. DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook your favourite meals whilst in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There are 2 bathrooms at the property. One is equipped with a toilet, sink, whirlpool bath and shower. The other is a shower room with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. FAMILY FEATURES: We have a travel cot with mattress for your use - please bring sheets as these are not provided. There is a large lounge with games. Other things to note 🏡 RULES: No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage. 🚗 PARKING: Parking in Canterbury is very expensive; unfortunately, there are no free parking spots in the centre. We can organise an on-street parking permit for £9 per night. The permit spots are on Dover Street, directly in front of the property, and this permit can be added on the check-in form, sent after booking. The permit is valid from 15 mins before check-in until 15 mins after check-out. 🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays. 👶 Travel Cot: The travel cot does not come with linen. 🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests. We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible. Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
