There are 5 Smart TVs throughout, with cable and streaming options. Banner Barn is an ideal place to come together with family and friends. The space The house itself offers four levels of living space, creating an ideal set up for groups to have space and privacy with plenty of room to gather together. Enter into the main level which features a spacious kitchen, dining area and deck with lots of seating, a gas fire table and a gas grill. There is a master bedroom on this main level with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Up the stairs brings you to the loft with a large sectional and a flat screen smart TV. There are two bedrooms off the loft, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed which share the upstairs full bathroom. Travel downstairs from the main level and find a complete second living room and second full kitchen. There is a theater room with a smart TV, lower level deck with seating and a full lower level bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on this level one with a queen bed, and one bedroom sleeps five with a queen bed and twin over double bunk bed. From the lower level, a spiral staircase takes you to the basement level with another full living room, wet bar, arcade game and game table that convert from pool to air hockey. There is a full bathroom in the basement level and a bedroom with sleeping for four in two twin beds each with a trundle. The hot tub is located on the basement level patio with the back yard and fire pit beyond. Banner Barn offers central heat and a/c with mini-splits also on the main floor and and in the loft. Each smart TV throughout includes cable viewing and also have the ability to allow guests to log into personal streaming accounts. There is a smart TV in the main level master bedroom, the loft, the lower level living room, the basement living room and the theater room. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire private home, decks, and all amenities during their stay. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
