With an exceptional distance to the beach (less than a 2 minute walk). Centrally positioned near restaurants, entertainment, and recreational activities all within walking distance! Guest access As an honored guest, you will have access to not only the condo unit, but to all other facets of the building as well. This includes a propane grill, a heated seasonal pool, a coin operated laundry room facility, and a beautiful outdoor finished deck with multiple seating areas. Additionally, there is also a convenience store attached to the building. Equipped with alcohol, food, drinks, some beach essentials, and much more! Other things to note When renting, you also have access to free parking on the premises. Spot # will be given upon booking. Located under the right side of the building - this is one of the few spaces that offers roof coverage and protects you and your vehicle from the elements! There are spaces to hang your clothes as well as store your items! Amenities such as fresh linens, toiletries, and dinnerware/silverware will be provided.
