Located of the beautiful traditional village of Kroustas and being the second half of grandpa's old stable that has been transformed in two houses, Konstantis #2 combines it's centuries old character with 21st century comfort and amenities. Just like it's brother, while small, it still provides everything a couple or a few friends might need in order to destress on the beautiful sun-drenched island of Crete The space Konstantis #2 is part of Grandpa's old stable that has been converted in two modern small houses. Don't let the word stable fool you, as everything has been updated to 21st century standards. What remains are the original walls and door arches which are exposed to give the house it's unique, comforting rustic feel. It is located on a small little alleyway on the edge of the east side of the village Kroustas, and has just enough of an opening in the road in front of it to be able to be called a private square, which is perfect for those that need more room than the garden provides. One can hang their clothes on the roof and from there or from a bench just around the corner of the alleyway, you have an uninterrupted view of the valley all the way to the sea. As son as you walk in the house through the original, handcrafted stone arch and pass the small patio, you will immediately see the fully equipped kitchen. It's rustic style with the old marble sink, old style foset and 50's style refrigerator blend right in with the abovementioned original arch and stone walls and give you a vibe of old-fashioned rustic hopefulness but at the same time, it is obvious to the naked eye that everything is new. Between the kitchen and the door there is a dining table sitting 5, 3 om the couch and two on chairs. On your left you will see in the corner the sitting area with the comfortable couch that can be transformed into a two person bed should that be necessary. Around the corner is a small corridor giving access to the bathroom at the end and next to it, on your right, you will find the bedroom where the double bed awaits. A skylight on the roof provides even here more than enough natural light. Guest access It goes without saying that the whole apartment and the garden in front of it is yours to enjoy.
