This property is strictly non-smoking inside or even on the balcony. Violating that will be subject of losing 100% of your security deposit. 2. Losing one of the access cards will be subject to deducting 500 AED from your security deposit. 3. Parties, Kids or un-registered extra guests, I am afraid won’t be allowed during your stay and violating that will be subjected of losing 100% of your security deposit. 4. Destroying or missing any valuable belongings in the apartment, shall be subject of deducting the affected item’s value. - Check-in: After 4 pm. - Check-out: Before 12pm. - please reach out to me in case you will be requesting an early or late checks/upon the availability. - I will be requesting your passport copies at the check-in to register you in & out by the holiday homes portal as per Dubai law.
