Ample luggage storage ensures your belongings are organized and easily accessible. A table lamp diffuses gentle light, adding a warm and cozy ambiance to the room. For added comfort, an electric heated mattress topper is provided, and the room is equipped with a split system for personalized temperature control. With its tranquil setting facing a quiet residential street, you can enjoy peaceful nights and wake up refreshed in this cosy bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to their own upstairs bedroom and dedicated guest bathroom. Downstairs, they can enjoy the shared kitchen, dining area, and living room. For added convenience, designated areas are available for guests to store their food items. Additionally, a mini fridge exclusively for guest use is provided, offering further convenience during their stay. Please note, the bathroom and mini fridge may be shared with another guest should they be present during your stay. Please note; The property has a steep driveway that may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility limitations. The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or alternative accessible route to reach these areas. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by these limitations Other things to note About us; During your stay, you’ll be staying with us - Gwilym & Viv. We both work full-time roles and sometimes work from home downstairs or up in our study. Our weeknights are generally spent at home and we enjoy having a chat and are always happy to give you recomendations about what to see and do in the greater Ballarat area.
